AN ACT authorizing the issue of mixed metal coinage of a denominational value not exceeding twenty-five thousand pounds, sanctioned by the Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have resolved as follows:  -

1.             The Finance Committee1 is hereby authorized to issue mixed metal coinage of a denominational value not exceeding twenty-five thousand pounds.

2.             Coins issued in pursuance hereof shall be of a denomination of one quarter of a shilling and shall be issued under the direction of the Finance Committee1 which shall determine the design, weight and composition thereof.
