THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 1 of the Decimal Currency (Jersey) Law, 1971,¹ have made the following Act:  -

1.             For the purposes of the Decimal Currency (Jersey) Law, 1971,¹ the transitional period shall end on the twenty-seventh day of September, 1971.

2.             This Act may be cited as the Decimal Currency (Jersey) Law, 1971 (Transitional Period) (Termination) (Jersey) Act, 1971.
