JERSEY LAW 5/1985 DECIMAL CURRENCY (AMENDMENT No. 4) (JERSEY) LAW,
1985 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Decimal Currency (Jersey) Law, 1971, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 19th day of December, 1984. ____________ (Registered on the 8th day of February, 1985). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 25th day of September, 1984. ____________ THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: - ARTICLE 1 Article 3 of the Decimal Currency Law, 19711 as amended,2 (hereinafter referred to as �the principal Law�) shall be amended by adding after paragraph (4) the following paragraph � �(5) The Committee may by order call in coins issued in pursuance of this Article.� ARTICLE 2 Article 4 of the principal Law1 shall be amended in paragraph (1) by inserting after the words �coins issued by the Committee� the words �and not called in by order under paragraph (5) of Article 3 of this Law�. ARTICLE 3 This Law may be cited as the Decimal Currency (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law, 1985. R.S. GRAY
