CURRENCY NOTES (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) LAW, 1969.

A LAW to amend the Currency Notes (Jersey) Law, 1959, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

25th day of JUNE, 1969.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law:  -

ARTICLE 1

In sub-paragraph (b) of Article 1 of the Currency Notes (Jersey) Law, 1959,1 for the words “two million pounds” there shall be substituted the words “five million pounds”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Currency Notes (Amendment) (Jersey) Law, 1969.
