CURRENCY NOTES (AMENDMENT No. 3) (JERSEY) LAW, 1975.

A LAW to amend further the Currency Notes (Jersey) Law, 1959, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the

17th day of SEPTEMBER, 1975.

THE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law:  -

ARTICLE 1

In sub-paragraph (b) of the proviso to Article 1 of the Currency Notes (Jersey) Law, 1959,1 as amended,2 for the words “five million pounds” there shall be substituted the words “fifteen million pounds”.

ARTICLE 2

This Law may be cited as the Currency Notes (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law, 1975.
